Finding Fifee

I’m Pepper, also known as Pepperoni or Peppermint.
During a walk with Mom, I see a bird on the street that
doesn’t fly away when it sees me. That’s strange . . .
The next day, we see the bird again. Mom takes it
home in a box. My humans call the bird Fifee.
They take care of her and so do I, in my own way.
Will my bird friend stay with us?
