Biennial Report of the Commonwealth Secretary-General, 2011-2013

This report covers the work of the Commonwealth Secretariat, the principal intergovernmental organisation of the 53-nation Commonwealth, from July 2011 to June 2013. It marks a time of transformation for the organisation, following recommendations made by the Commonwealth Eminent Persons Group in its 2011 report.
