The loose leaf set, in print since 1974, is updated approximately six times per year and includes the US Constitution, each of the state constitutions, plus constitutions of fifteen US territories including Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Northern Marinian Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia with expert commentary.
